"I don't know about you guys," said Fred, rubbing a large oar-induced bruise on his forehead, "but I'm tired of hiding in rowboats."
"But what can we do?" said Sam. "Until Blackbeard's out of his cabin, there's no use going back in there for The Book."
I peeked out and surveyed the deck. There were pirates everywhere. Then I had an idea.
"Hey, guys. Let's go below deck and see if we can get into his cabin from underneath once we hear him leave."
